Beldray Ironing Boards Faults

Down transporters

I had always called attention to the Melon Pan, a favorite food of Shana in Shakugan no Shana. When I eat makes a face of pleasure that I always thought I should have a delicious flavor. I wanted to try but all the recipes I'd found so far required a bread machine that I have and of course did not want to buy just to make melon bread. A few days ago I found this recipe:

http://www.recetasjaponesas.com/2009/04/meronpan-pan-de-melon.html

wanted to try it, but I'm not very good at cooking me I decided to tell my sister that we tried together. We bought all the ingredients except the Bread flour that we had no idea where to get the wheat flour replaced with normal Make Oros, in any case the bread is made from wheat flour.

The recipe was quite simple, look, here are the bread and armed:

The problem was that I think we spent a little yeast and when the loaves came out of the oven, well, had grown than expected and were stuck to each other XD:

Now that I think, also should have done more cuts that grow only four cuts, well ... does not look much like a Melon Pan. Well, I think we were not so bad for a first attempt, the bread was tasty, though I wonder if that is really the flavor that has the Japanese Melon Pan. The important thing is that I spent an afternoon so cool with my two sisters, laugh a bit and did something different. Carolina said that "the important thing was fun doing so would have been hedioncho" and Angela once told me that "the kitchen is the heart" and not have to follow the recipes, so no matter what has happened I'm happy with the result : D
